Mr. Montalvo is a Certified Project Manager Professional (PMP#3002516) and certified by USACE in Construction Quality Management. Mr. Montalvo has managed multiple MILCON projects consisting of road improvements, facility SRM, and development of RFPs. He also specialized in Cost Estimation and Project Scheduling. He is proficient in the use of Primavera and MSProject and RSMeans Cost Works Software for Cost Estimation. Bachelor of Science in Chemistry as well as an Associates in Architectural / Drafting and Technical Drafting. During his tenure as Consultant with ICE, he has supported Project Managers, Engineers, and Architects with Cost Estimation and Project Scheduling and Tracking Tools in support of Streets, Stormwater, Facilities, and other Civil Engineering Projects for Municipal and other entities.
