Mr. Luis J. Nava holds a TCEQ Operator License, Type D, and OSFF. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas (TX#94121) with over thirty-nine (39) years of experience as a civil engineer. His professional services include environmental and industrial safety; design; construction; and inspection of sanitary sewer systems; design and construction of on-site sanitary sewer facilities; waterlines; lift stations; and wastewater treatment plants. He also has expertise in hydraulic and hydrologic analysis for the design, analysis, inspection, and evaluation of utility systems. In addition, Mr. Nava has experience performing design land development studies, as well as the design and construction of county roads, city streets, and stormwater drainage infrastructure for TXDOT. His extensive background reflects a deep understanding of both technical and regulatory aspects of infrastructure engineering.
