Mr. Flores has over thirty-one (31) years of experience in CADD design; architecture; urban development; and right-of-way acquisition including parcel surveys, ROW, and base map; controls; site surveys; site plans; and design of road and drainage ditches, water line, sanitary sewer lines, traffic control plans, and construction estimation and supervision. Mr. Flores worked over five years for PEMEX and was responsible for the construction oversight of over 20 gasoline stations and related utilities.
