Mr. Diaz brings over 24 years of Department of Defense (DOD) facility engineering experience. A retired Air Force (AF) Civil Engineering Officer, he has in-depth knowledge of planning, programming, designing, construction and asset management. He led major Military Construction bed down programs, supported civil engineering expeditionary operations in support of DOD missions, and he led AF Civil Engineering Airmen as a Civil Engineering Operations Commander and as a Base Civil Engineer in a DOD joint environment. He has extensive experience coordinating and collaborating with internal and external working groups and stakeholders on highly complex projects/programs
