Mrs. Anna M. Jimenez, is the Office Manager at InternationalConsulting Engineers and has a Master of Science Degree in Administration in Texas.  Mrs. Jimenez has over Nine (9) years of experience in the Engineering field.  Mrs. Jimenez has a background in accounting and financial management.  Performing accounting tasks such as recording payments, maintaining accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements and job costing reports for program management, and other financial reports as needed. In addition, Mrs. Jimenez manages office operations, including maintaining office equipment and supplies, and ensuring a smooth workflow.  She coordinates human resource paperwork, such as new employee background checks, and on-boarding, answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries, providing quality customer service, manages relationships with external vendors and maintains and updates office and policies and procedures.
