Mr. Gonzalez has twenty-four (24) years of relevant experience providing Civil Works for DHS/DoD, USDA, GSA, and other governmental entities via multiple concurrent task orders across all levels of government. His experience includes vertical and horizontal projects, program, project, and construction management and inspection for several border patrol station facilities nationwide and US CBP Advanced Training Center near Harpers Ferry. ICE has also received an exceptional CPARS/PPQ Ratings on multiple projects for GSA and USDA and for the KCS/CBP Laredo Yard Rail Inspection Facility. Mr. Gonzalez served as lead Senior Civil Engineer on the award-winning Hidalgo County levee wall project, which serves DHS/CBP as part of the Tactical Infrastructure Program. Overall, Mr. Gonzalez has designed and managed hundreds of projects for USACE, NAVFAC, USDA, USIBWC, GSA, US Coast Guard, and numerous municipalities.
