Mr. Luna is a Chemical/Environmental Engineer with over twenty (20) years of experience in the

Municipal, Private, and Government Sectors. Mr. Luna specializes in operations, design, and

compliance of the following areas: water, wastewater, stormwater, solid waste, and hazardous waste. He has managed several multimillion-dollar facilities which include water treatment facilities, wastewater treatment facilities, landfills, transfer stations, and oversaw development of an asset management plan which encompassed the maintenance and repairs of approximately 300 building facilities, among others. Mr. Luna has planned and lead multiple critical utility infrastructure repairs projects always meeting compliance requirements and meeting end-user expectations.
